1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver products to most locations across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within the territory of India.
2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 business hours after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Processing time may vary during festivals, promotional campaigns, or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.
Order processing begins only after successful payment confirmation for prepaid orders or order confirmation for eligible Cash on Delivery (if available).

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases where the error is solely attributable to Gulabsingh Johrimal.
We reserve the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice. Revised charges will automatically apply to future orders placed after such revision.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

Products weighing more than 2 kilograms, oversized shipments, or shipments requiring special handling may require additional transit time.
Orders delivered through India Post or other government postal services may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination.
The estimated delivery date displayed during checkout or communicated through email is only an estimate and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery commitment.
5. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours after dispatch, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier partner's website.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts due to reasons such as:

Customer unavailable

Incorrect address

Refusal to accept delivery
the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.
8. Change of Delivery Address
Customers may request a change in the delivery address only before the order has been dispatched.
Address modification requests are subject to:

Serviceability of the new address

Revised shipping charges (if applicable)
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
9. Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to:

Re-dispatch the shipment after payment of applicable shipping charges.
10. Order Cancellation Due to Logistics
In exceptional circumstances where:

The shipment becomes physically untraceable,

Delivery is impossible due to logistics constraints,

Service is unavailable for the destination,
Gulabsingh Johrimal reserves the right to cancel the order.
In such cases, the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
11. Taxes and Charges
All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated separately during checkout and displayed before payment.
12. International Shipping
At present, we do not ship orders outside India.
International shipping services may be introduced in the future at our sole discretion.

Products fulfilled by third-party vendors or partners may require additional processing and shipping time.
Where applicable, revised delivery estimates will be communicated to the customer.
