1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

2. Return Request Timeline
Any return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
3. Conditions for Returning Products
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include all accessories, labels, manuals, and complimentary items (if applicable).

Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Customers are requested to pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
4. Return Process
If you wish to return an eligible product:

Our Customer Support team will acknowledge your request within 24–48 business hours.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed upon approval.
5. Product Inspection
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If the product meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy, your return request will be approved.
If the inspection determines that the product does not qualify for a return, the product may be shipped back to you.
6. Refund Policy
Upon successful verification and approval of the returned product:

The refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method wherever possible.

If required, customers may be asked to provide their bank account details for processing the refund.
Please ensure that all banking information provided is accurate. Gulabsingh Johrimal shall not be responsible for refunds transferred to an incorrect account due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable, except where:

The product received is damaged or defective due to our error.
8. Exchange Option
Instead of requesting a refund, customers may choose to receive a replacement product, subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, please mention your preference while raising the return request.
9. Incorrect Products Sent by Customer
Customers are responsible for returning the correct product.
If any product other than the approved return item is handed over to our courier partner, Gulabsingh Johrimal shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or non-return of such incorrectly handed-over product.
10. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

Products marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
11. Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.
